Reason: There is not Tuner No.2 configured in LNB Configuration menu.

Solution:
1. If you use Single LNB converters with one output (there is only one cable leading from antenna to receiver) connect output of Tuner 1 (LOOP – lower connector) with input of Tuner 2 by short cable. Set Loop Through in LNB Configuration – Connection menu. In this case you can record/watch another channel, but only on the same transponder (e.g. SlovakLink – you can watch/record Markíza during watching STV1).

2. If you use Twin LNB converters with two outputs or two separate antenna dishes, connect one output to Tuner 1 and another one to Tuner 2. Set Separated in LNB Configuration – Connection menu. If you use two same antennas (or Twin converters on one antenna dish) you can copy Tuner 1 settings into Tuner 2 and vice versa. In this case you can record/watch another channel from any transponder or satellite.
